Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Toongabbie 23 May

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.

Anthony Cavanagh, aged 59, was last seen in Mimosa Avenue, Toongabbie, about 4:15am today, Friday 23 May 2025.

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Parramatta Police Area Command commenced an investigation into his whereabouts.

Police and family members hold concerns for Anthony's welfare.

Anthony is described as Caucasian appearance, 165-170cm tall, solid build, short white hair and a white moustache.

He was last seen wearing shorts, t shirt, tan work boots, black framed glasses and carrying a green back pack.

He is known to frequent Bella Vista, Seven Hills and Toongabbie areas.

Anyone with information into Anthony's whereabouts is urged to contact Parramatta Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
