Police appeal to locate man missing from Sydney's west 10 May

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Merrylands.

Peter Gorman, aged 22, was last seen at his home on Charlotte Street, Merrylands, about 10.15pm last Tuesday (3 May 2022).

When he didn't return home, officers from Cumberland Police Area Command and have since been conducting inquiries into his whereabouts.

Peter, who lives with autism, has not been located and police are now appealing for public assistance.

He is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 180cm tall, of large build, with dark brown hair styled in a mullet.

He was last seen wearing grey shorts, and a Penrith Panthers jersey.

He is known to frequent Penrith, Sydney Central Business District and Forbes.

Anyone with information regarding Peter's whereabouts is urged to contact Granville Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
