Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Lake Illawarra 10 July

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Lake Illawarra.

Peter Fletcher, aged 60, was last seen in the evening on Friday (5 July 2024) in the Berkeley area.

On Monday (8 July 2024) when he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare.

Peter is described as being of Caucasian appearance, thin build, about 185cm tall, with long grey hair and a long beard and a tattoo on his right shoulder.

He is known to frequent the Berkeley, Wollongong and Port Kembla areas.
