Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Port Macquarie 28 December

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from state's Mid-North Coast.

Daniel Kates, aged 44, was last seen at Town Beach, Port Macquarie about 3pm yesterday (Friday 27 December 2024).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Mid North Coast Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as he lives with a medical condition.

Daniel is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 180cm tall, of medium build with short dark brown hair and hazel eyes.

He was last seen wearing a blue singlet or possibly a light blue shirt, black shorts with an abstract pattern on the side, sunglasses, a faded black cap, runners and was carrying a backpack with a water bottle.
