Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Rooty Hill 31 August

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.

Richard Sindel, aged 44, was last seen in Rooty Hill about 8.45am yesterday (Friday 30 August 2024).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Mount Druitt Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for his welfare as he lives with conditions which require medication.

Richard is described as being of Caucasian appearance, and about 175cm tall with slim build.

He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie with a zipper, black printed t-shirt, grey Everlast track suit pants, and blue and white slip-on sneakers.

He is known to make use of public transport.
