Police appeal to locate man missing from state's north

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the state's north.

Chun Yi Ooi, aged 26, was last seen leaving an address on Alice Close, Dirty Creek, about 12pm on Friday 5 November 2021.

After failing to return home, officers attached to Coffs/Clarence Police District commenced inquiries to locate him.

Family and police hold concerns for his welfare due to his disappearance being out of character.

Chun is described as being of Asian appearance, thin build, with bleached hair and dark eyes.

He may be travelling in a blue Mazda CX-7 with registration plates 1OP5YV.
