Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Tumut

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the state's south.

Andrew Bergin, aged 47, was last seen in Tumut, in mid-August 2024.

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Riverina Police District were notified on Monday 28 October 2024 and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for him.

Andrew is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm to 170cm tall, with brown/grey hair.

Police believe Andrew may have travelled to Newcastle.

Anyone who may have seen him, or who may have information into his whereabouts is urged to contact Tumut or Wagga Wagga Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
