Police Appeal To Locate Man With Dementia At Randwick

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's Eastern Beaches.

Robert McDonald, aged 81, was last seen at an address on Belmore Road, Randwick, about 2.50pm today (Sunday 19 May 2024).

When he could not be located, officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare as he lives with dementia.

Robert is described as being of Caucasian appearance with grey hair.

He was last seen wearing a black hat, cream-coloured puffer jacket, grey tracksuit pants and black shoes.

He is known to frequent Randwick and Sydney CBD, and utilises public transport.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to call police immediately, or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
