Police Appeal To Locate Man With Dementia At Randwick 16 August

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's Eastern Beaches.

Robert McDonald, aged 80, was last seen at a unit on Belmore Road, Randwick, about 1pm today (Friday 16 August 2024).

When he could not be located, officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into this whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare as he lives with dementia.

Robert is described as being of Caucasian appearance, and about 175cm tall with grey hair; he also walks with a limp.

He was last seen wearing last seen wearing a black puffer jacket, black tracksuit pants, and black shoes.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to call Eastern Beaches police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
