Police Appeal To Locate Missing Boy At Penrith

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a boy missing from Sydney's northwest.

Koby Kearney, aged 12, was last seen at Penrith railway station about 4.45pm on Wednesday 18 September 2024.

When Koby failed to return home and could not be contacted, officers attached to Mt Druitt Police Area Command were notified yesterday (Sunday 22 September 2024) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Koby's welfare due to his young age.

Koby is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 155cm tall with medium build and short light brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a hoodie and shorts and white joggers.

Koby is known to frequent the suburbs of Penrith, Mt Druitt and Blacktown and is known to use the railway network.

Anyone with information into this whereabouts is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
