Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the state's New England region.
Paul Summers, 69, was last seen leaving a care facility in Armidale about 12pm today (Saturday 21 September 2024.
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to New England Police District were notified and immediately commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as he lives with medical conditions.
Paul is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, of slim build with brown hair, unshaven and glasses.
He was last seen wearing dark grey track pants, a red hooded jumper, green cap and carrying a large red linen bag.
Paul is known to frequent the Armidale, Bendemeer and Walcha areas.
Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to call Armidale Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
