Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing on the Mid North Coast.
Gregory Lewis, aged 67, was last seen at a care facility on Primrose Street, Wingham, about 9.50am yesterday (Thursday 12 October 2023).
When he could not be located or contacted, officers from Manning Great Lakes Police District were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.
Police hold serious concerns for his welfare due to Gregory living with dementia.
Gregory is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of a medium build, about 175cm tall, with grey hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a green shirt, black shorts, brown sandals, black sunglasses and using a black walker.
Gregory is known to frequent the Taree and Wingham areas.
Anyone who has seen Gregory or has information of his whereabouts is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
