Police Appeal To Locate Missing Man - Mt Druitt 22 August

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.

Ashwin Prasad, aged 43, was last seen about 6pm on Wednesday 21 August 2024 at a home in Dharruk.

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Ashwin's welfare.

He is described as being of Indian appearance, with a dark skin complexion, 180-190cm tall, and of solid build.

He was last seen wearing white shirt, grey pants, and black shoes.

Ashwin is known to frequent Blacktown, Mt Druitt, and Penrith areas.
