Police appeal to locate missing man - Rydalmere

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.

Thomas Lawler, aged 23, was last seen near the Rydalmere Wharf, on the Parramatta River, about 11.30am today (Thursday 14 April 2022), when he rode his electric scooter east on the cycle path towards Silverwater Road.

Unable to be located since, Thomas was reported missing to officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command, who immediately commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as Thomas lives with an intellectual disability and may be disorientated.

Thomas is described as being of Caucasian appearance, slim build, approximately 160cm tall, with brown hair, brown eyes and a moustache. He was last seen wearing a dark shirt, dark shorts, black face mask and clear protective glasses.
