Police appeal to locate missing man - Western Sydney

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from western Sydney.

Matthew Slater, aged 37, was last seen at his home on Cam Street, Cambridge Park, about 5pm yesterday (Friday 7 January 2022).

Unable to be located since, officers attached to Nepean Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and his family hold serious concerns for Matthew's welfare.

Matthew is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of skinny build, with short black hair and a full beard. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and shorts.

He may be travelling in a 2013 white Mitsubishi Triton utility with NSW registration ENX35A.

He is known to frequent the Blue Mountains, Windsor, Castlereagh Bly Park and Blackheath areas. He is also known to frequent rural camping grounds.
