Police Appeal To Locate Missing Teenage Girl At Casino

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the Northern Rivers area.

Zara Young, aged 16, was last seen at the footbridge between McAuliffe Park and Queen Elizabeth Park, Casino, about 4pm yesterday (Friday 18 October 2024).

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Richmond Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for her welfare due to her age and she requires medication.

Zara is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm-170cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a t-shirt and shorts.
