Police are appealing for assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from the state's west.
Obi Higgs, aged 14, was last seen on Conadilly Street, Gunnedah, about 6.30pm yesterday (Monday 24 March 2025).
When he could not be contacted or located, officers from Oxley Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Family and police hold concerns for his welfare due to his young age.
Obi is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, pale complexion, about 150cm tall, of slim build, with brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt and black shorts.
Obi is known to frequent the Gunnedah, Carroll, Curlewis, Quirindi, Boggabri, and Narrabri areas.
