Police Appeal To Locate Missing Woman - Enmore

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's inner west.

Mary Bitar, 81, was last seen on Fotheringham Street in Enmore about 6.45am today (Monday 23 September 2024).

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command were notified and immediately commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare as she lives with a medical condition.

Mary is described as being of Middle Eastern / Mediterranean appearance, about 155cm tall, of thin build with medium length black and silver hair.

She was last seen wearing a black, white and grey checkered coat, a black top, grey pants. She was using a walker at the time.

Mary is known to frequent the Marrickville and Petersham areas.

Anyone with information into her whereabouts is urged to call Newtown Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
