Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's Inner West.
Amelia Papadopoulos, aged 14, was last seen at Gladstone Park, Balmain about 4.30pm today (Tuesday 30 July 2024).
When she was unable to be contacted or located, officers attached to Leichhardt Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Amelia's welfare due to her age and her disappearance being out of character.
Amelia is described as being of Mediterranean appearance, about 150-160cm tall, of medium build, olive complexion, with long brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a school uniform including a white polo shirt and navy tracksuit pants.
Amelia is known to frequent the Leichhardt, Glebe, Balmain and Earlwood areas.
