Police Appeal To Locate Teenage Girl Missing From Nowra

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the Nowra area.

Nahvayah Carter, aged 14, was last seen about 8.15am yesterday (Tuesday 17 September 2024) at a home on Albert Street, Worrigee.

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to South Coast Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Nahvayah is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150cm tall, of thin build with long black hair.

She was last seen wearing white tracksuit pants, collared school shirt, white sneakers and a pink backpack.

Nahvayah is known to frequent the Nowra and Wollongong areas.
