Police Appeal To Locate Two Men Missing From Taree

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate two men reporting missing from the state's north.

Herbert Morcombe – aged 21 – and Jaddison Ridgeway – aged 20 – were last seen at a home on Dunoon Street, Taree, about 3.30am on Friday 16 August 2024 before they left the address and could not be located.

Officers attached to Manning Great Lakes Police District commenced inquiries into their whereabouts when they were notified about 12pm on Tuesday 20 August 2024.

Police and family hold concerns for their welfare as their disappearance is out of character.

Herbert is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 180cm tall with brown hair and last seen wearing a Navy hoodie and green shorts.

Jaddison is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 185cm tall with solid build and dark brown hair, and was last seen wearing a grey shirt and grey track pants with white ASIC shoes.

He was last seen wearing a grey shirt and grey track pants with white ASIC shoes.
