Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Belrose.
Ann Overton, aged 80, was last seen about 7pm yesterday (Monday 31 March 2025), at a retirement facility in Belrose.
She was noticed missing by staff about midnight and when she could not be located, officers attached to Northern Beaches Police Area Command were contacted and commenced inquiries to locate her.
Police hold serious concerns for Ann's welfare as she lives with dementia and due to the wet weather conditions in the area.
Ann is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170cm tall, 70kg, with grey/blonde short hair and brown eyes. When last seen she was wearing a blue and white striped t-shirt and black jacket, with a royal blue jacket over the top, grey patterned leggings, black socks and black Skecher-brand shoes.
Ann has only recently moved to Belrose but is familiar with the Mona Vale Area.
