Police Appeal To Locate Woman Missing From Petersham 15 April

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's inner west.

Laura Cedare-Aouta, aged 66, was last seen on Fort Street, Petersham, about 3.30pm yesterday (Monday 14 April 2025).

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns as she may be living with dementia and does not speak English.

Laura is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 150cm tall, of thin build, with black curly hair.

She may be wearing a yellow pattern dress same as the images release.

Police believe she may still be in the Petersham and surrounding areas.
