Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's western suburbs.
Sarah Greensitt, aged 36, was last seen at a community care facility on Kit Place, Rooty Hill, on Monday 1 August 2022.
It is believed she intended to travel to Lithgow, however when she could not be contacted, police attached to Mt Druitt Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Sarah's welfare as she has a condition that requires medication.
Sarah is described as being of Aboriginal / Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 165cm tall, of solid build with shoulder length black hair. She has a tattoo with the word 'MUM' on her arm.
She was last seen wearing a black vest, black jumper and black tights.
Sarah is known to frequent the Rooty Hill, Blue Mountains and Lithgow areas.
