Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Tamworth.
Margaret Heywood, aged 80, was last seen at an address on Anthony Road, South Tamworth, about 7am on Tuesday (21 February 2023).
When she was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Oxley Police District were notified yesterday (Thursday 23 February 2023) and commenced inquiries to locate her.
Family and police hold concerns for her welfare due to Margaret living with a condition which requires treatment.
Margaret is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150cm tall, of slim build, with dark, shoulder -length hair.
