Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Phillipa Breslin, aged 28, was last seen in Manly, about 6.45pm today (Sunday 16 February 2025).
When she could not be contacted or located, officers attached to Northern Beaches Police Area Command commenced an investigation into her whereabouts.
There are serious concerns for her welfare.
Phillipa is described as Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build, long brown hair and green eyes.
She was last seen wearing a floral dress, a black puffer jacket and no shoes.
She is known to frequent the Manly and Avalon areas.
