Police Appeal To Locate Woman Missing From Tumut

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the state's south.

Madilyn Klaus, aged 24, was last seen in Tumut on Monday (9 December 2024).

Madilyn is believed to have travelled to Sydney via a bus to Wagga Wagga and then a train to Central Station. She was expected to return to Tumut on Wednesday (11 December 2024).

When she did not return and could not be contacted, she was reported missing to officers attached to Riverina Police District, who commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for Madilyn's welfare due the behaviour being out of character.

Madilyn is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm to 175cm tall, of medium build, with light brown hair and blue eyes.

She is believed to have been in the Telopea area of Sydney.
