Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Tynong girl Hannah Swetman.
The 15-year-old was seen at Nar Nar Goon Railway Station about 2.30pm on Saturday 26 October.
Investigators believe Hannah was in Warragul on Saturday evening but have been unable to confirm reports.
Police and family have concerns for Hannah due to her age.
Officers have released an image of Hannah in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Hannah or who knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact Warragul Police Station on 5622 7111.
