Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Ballarat teenager Chase Wookey.
The 16-year-old was last seen on 3 July at a bus stop on Little Bridge Street, Ballarat, about 2.30pm
Police and her family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Chase was last seen wearing a grey Ghanda brand hoodie, black tracksuit pants and white sneakers.
Chase is known to frequent Delacombe, Sebastopol and Wendouree.
Police have released an image of Chase in the hope someone recognises her.
Anyone who sights Chase or has knowledge of her whereabouts is asked to contact the Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
