Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision in Gembrook this morning.
Emergency services were called to Gembrook Road where a motorcycle and van collided about 9.50am.
The 26-year-old Clayton South male rider died at the scene.
The 72-year-old Launching Place man driving the van and his passenger, a 79-year-old Launching Place woman, were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be established and the investigation is ongoing.
