Police are investigating a fatal collision in Seaford on 3 April.
It is believed that a truck collided with a pedestrian on the Frankston Freeway near Seaford Road about 5.30am.
A yet to be identified man died at the scene.
The driver of the truck stopped at the scene and is assisting police with enquiries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are being investigated.
