Emergency services attended a two-car collision in Streatham this morning.
It's believed the vehicles collided on Glenelg Highway near Woorndoo-Streatham Road just before 10am.
The female driver and only occupant of one of the vehicles has died at the scene.
The male driver and only occupant of the other vehicle has been taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Both are yet to be formally identified.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated.
