Greater Dandenong Highway Patrol officers are investigating a fatal collision in Springvale this afternoon.
It is understood a car and an e-scooter collided in the intersection of Westall Road and Thames Avenue about 2.40pm.
The rider, who is yet-to-be-formally identified, died at the scene.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene and has spoken to police.
