Police are investigating following a fatal collision in Goughs Bay this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Piries-Goughs Bay Road when two vehicles collided about 3pm on Saturday, 25 January.
The sole occupant and yet-to-be formally identified driver of one of the vehicles died at the scene.
The driver and sole occupant of the second vehicle was airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be established and the investigation remains ongoing.
