Police are currently on scene following a fatal collision that has claimed the life of a woman in Wodonga this afternoon.
It is believed a Toyota Hilux and a Holden utility collided head-on on Bandiana Link Road about 1pm.
A male driver and his female passenger of the Holden utility were both taken to hospital.
The passenger, believed to be aged in her 70s, died in hospital.
The driver of the Toyota Hilux, an 18-year-old Wodonga man, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are enroute to the scene.
Bandiana Link Road is currently closed between the Hume Highway and Anzac Parade.
