Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash in Muckenburra yesterday, Wednesday 8 September 2021.
About 2.45pm a green Suzuki Swift was being driven west on Gingin Brook Road. The vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
A 72-year-old male passenger in the vehicle died at the scene.
The 34-year-old female driver of the vehicle was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment of injuries she received in the crash.
