Northern Territory Police are on the scene of a crash south of Alice Springs.
At around 9.25am, police received a report that a 51-year-old male had crashed his motorbike off Maryvale Road, about 20 kilometres from the Stuart Highway.
Others at the scene began CPR before police and paramedics arrived to continue to treat the man.
Sadly he was declared deceased shortly after.
A crime scene has been established.
Major Crash are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
