Police and emergency services are currently on the scene of a fatal collision in Carwarp which occurred this morning (20 May).
It is believed a vehicle travelling on the Calder Highway near the intersection of Castle Crossing Road collided with a truck about 10.45am.
The driver of the vehicle, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
Two male occupants from the truck have sustained non-life threatening injuries and are currently being treated at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be established and the investigation is ongoing.
The Calder Highway is closed between Castle Crossing Road and Kirby Lane until further notice.
