A woman has died following a single vehicle crash in the Southern Tablelands.
About 12:30pm on Monday 29 April 2024, emergency services were called to the Hume Highway near the intersection of Breadalbane Road, Breadalbane, following reports a vehicle had left the highway and hit a tree.
The female driver and sole occupant, aged 43, died at the scene.
A crime scene has been established and officers from The Hume Police District have commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
