Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that took the life of a woman in her 70s at Cedarton this morning.
Early information indicates the woman was travelling on Kilcoy Beerwah Road just after 11.30am when the vehicle she was driving collided with a car heading in the opposite direction.
The 63-year-old male driver and 54-year-old female passenger of the other car were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Anyone with information relating to this incident is encouraged to contact police.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
