Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Coolgardie on Sunday 23 February 2025.
About 5.15pm, a green Mitsubishi Triton Utility was traveling southbound on Jaurdi Hills Road, when it veered off the roadway and rolled.
The 45-year-old female driver of the vehicle died from her injuries at the scene.
The 59-year-old and 32-year-old male passengers were conveyed to Kalgoorlie Hospital for treatment of serious injuries sustained.
Major Crash investigators are conducting an examination of the scene and are appealing for any witnesses to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au
