Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash in Fortescue yesterday, Sunday 3 September 2023.
About 11:45am, a black Great Wall station sedan was travelling east on Millstream Road when it left the roadway and rolled.
An 8-year-old female died at the scene.
Two females – aged 29 and 42 – were taken to Pannawonica Hospital by St John WA with serious injuries.
A 35-year-old female and a 4-year-old male were taken to Karratha Health Campus by St John WA with minor injuries.
