Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating an incident that occurred in Horrocks on Sunday 4 February 2024.
Around 3.40am, a grey Nissan Patrol was driving on a property in the Horrocks area. The vehicle travelled off a cliff edge towards the beach area, with three men inside at the time.
As a result of the incident two 22-year-old men died at the scene.
A 21-year-old man was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment of injuries received.
