Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash in Coleraine.
Emergency services were called to the Glenelg Highway about 5pm after reports a car had left the road and rolled.
On arrival police located a female passenger in the vehicle.
She was treated at the scene by ambulance crews but could not be revived.
The driver of the car, believed to be a man in his 60s, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives from Major Collision Investigation Unit have been notified and are attending the scene.
