Police are investigating after a single vehicle crash in Barunah Plains on 3 April.
It's believed the vehicle was traveling on Hamilton Highway just after 8.30pm when it left the road and struck a tree.
The male driver and only occupant, a 32-year-old Norlane man, has died at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated.
