Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are currently on their way to the scene of a single vehicle fatal crash that occurred in Bendoc earlier this morning.
It is believed that the vehicle, possibly a utility, was travelling on Gulf Road about 12.53am when it rolled.
The driver of the vehicle, who is yet to be identified, was taken to hospital.
The extent of his injuries is not yet known.
The passenger, who is also yet to be identified died at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash is yet to be determined and the investigation is ongoing.
