Police Are Responding To Fatal Crash In Martin

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash that occurred in Martin during the early hours of this morning, Thursday 19 September 2024.

About 1.40am, a red Mitsubishi Magna sedan was travelling south on Tonkin Highway, when near Gosnells Road East, the vehicle left the road, rolled and struck a tree.

The 19-year-old male driver was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment for minor injuries. A 19-year-old male passenger was uninjured. Sadly, a male passenger sustained critical injuries and died at the scene.
