Police are investigating a fatal crash in Mitta Mitta this evening.
It is understood a car slid down an embankment before rolling on Bushbank Road about 9.50pm.
The driver of the car, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
The passenger of the vehicle was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be established and the investigation remains ongoing.
