Police are currently at the scene of a fatal single vehicle crash in Moliagul.
It is believed the car has left Dunolly-Moliagul Road about 8.30pm and has struck a tree.
The yet to be formally identified female driver has died at the scene.
A female passenger, believed to be aged approximately 10-years-old, will be airlifted with non-life threatening injuries.
The exact cause of the crash is yet to be determined at this stage and is being investigated
