Police are at the scene of a serious crash at Blackwood.
Just after 11am today (Friday 5 January), police and emergency services were called to Main Road near the Blackwood Scout Hall after reports that a car had left the road and collided with a fence and tree.
The female driver and sole occupant was taken to the Flinders Medical Centre in a serious condition.
Major Crash officers are attending the scene.
Main Road is currently blocked in both directions. Motorists are advised to use Coromandel Parade until the road is cleared.
